Who is Eduprise?

Educate me about Eduprise

Eduprise was created in 2018 to help schools, local authorities, and trusts create and manage effective communications.

We know that when done right, comms can have a huge effect on areas as diverse as:

  • Pupil admissions
  • Parental engagement
  • Learning outcomes
  • Income generation
  • Community relationships
  • Staff recruitment and retention
  • And many more.

But we also understand that the work involved can often fall on school staff members without the experience or time to do it successfully.

That’s why we brought our expertise from more than 20 years serving the education sector to bear.

To help schools realise their potential.

The Eduprise team

The Eduprise team comes from a wide background incorporating marketing, learning, design, software development, and beyond.

What brings us together is a belief that things can be done better.

We’re headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne, overlooking the river. Our team is based throughout the North and Midlands and works with schools, local authorities, and trusts across the UK.

We’re also parents, students, (frustrated) musicians, amateur bakers and coffee enthusiasts.

Just like you.

Meet the team

Ryan Green

CEO and Founder

With over 15 years working and running businesses in the education business sector, Ryan founded Eduprise in 2018 to help schools and multi-academy trusts grow and excel through better marketing and communications.

Throughout his career, Ryan has worked with the Department for Education, the Association of School and College Leaders, the Institute for School Business Leadership, the National Association of Head Teachers, and hundreds of schools.

Callum Underwood

Head of Learning

Callum has been with Eduprise since late 2019. After studying French and Russian as foreign languages at Cambridge, Callum began his career as a teacher at multiple secondary schools.

As our Head of Learning, Callum supports our clients with the delivery of online learning. This involves setting up cohesive infrastructures, producing bespoke documentation according to each school’s virtual learning environment, facilitating training to improve virtual teaching, and working with school staff and leaders to automate school operations and tasks through technology.

When not working on improving online learning, Callum is a highly competitive video gamer and a devoted Lana Del Rey fan.

Adam Barker-Wyatt

Content Writer

Adam Barker-Wyatt joined our team in late 2019. Prior to that he lived in the Netherlands for six years, working as a proofreader and copyeditor in the academic world, proofing and editing full-length publications for organisations such as the Cambridge University Press.

Having refined his skills during his years of study and as a proofreader and editor, Adam is passionate about the craft of writing and relishes the challenge of producing tone-perfect content.

In his spare time, Adam is an avid cook and, for his sins, a long-suffering Newcastle United fan.

Jade Whillis

Digital Marketing Apprentice

Growing up in a digital environment, Jade studied business, graphic design, and psychology in sixth form before joining Eduprise as a digital marketing apprentice. After an outstanding first year with us, Jade was awarded digital marketing apprentice of the year by Baltic Apprenticeships.

As well as monitoring over 60 social media accounts that we manage, Jade produces digital image assets that complement the work of our content writers, oversees pay-per-click social media campaigns, and analyzes the reach and effectiveness of all our communications campaigns.

Jade, who is currently beginning a digital marketing degree while working with Eduprise, can be found dancing to any song you throw at her, and loves spending time in the Northumberland countryside with friends and family.

Claire Jandot

Digital Communications Administrator

Joining our team earlier this year, Claire, who grew up in France and studied in Lyon, the University of Virginia, and The Netherlands, has many years of experience in administrative roles, and as a French teacher.

Claire helps our clients by responding to technical requests and enquiries, managing our clients’ social media accounts and websites, and providing support with digital school communications. She also helps provide training for staff to better use different communications channels and action website updates using CMS software.

Claire is a true cinema lover, particularly the works of John Carpenter, and running in the beautiful Jesmond Dene.

Daniel Evans

Online Learning Technician

Having joined Eduprise at the end of 2020, Daniel brings almost two decades of working in further and higher education institutions with a particular focus on the training and development of academic and support staff in improving their mastery of online learning and collaboration tools to help educational organisations make the most of their brick and click learning environments.

Holding a Master’s degree in Education and a post compulsory teaching qualification Daniel is excited about building effective working relationships with professionals in the key stage education sector to push the boundaries of the art of the possible.

In his spare time he enjoys teaching his two daughters how to be creative and is still trying to improve their dexterity so they can play cooperative video games as they get older.

Sandra Peet

Head of Communications and PR

Sandra left her hometown of Limerick in 1998 to move to Lincoln to complete a journalism degree and after university, she decided to make it a permanent move.

With over 20 years’ experience across the public, private, and voluntary sectors, Sandra brings a wealth of communications’ expertise and is passionate about all things content.

In her spare time, Sandra is a mum of two, a parent school governor, an avid Ireland rugby supporter, and a massive fan of the band, Shed Seven.
